Certification procedures
According to European norms, protective safety footwear for work is part of the PPE requirement.
All Jallatte® footwear is Class II PPE (protection against major risks). Therefore, all the shoes and boots undergo CE type tests carried out by an approved European authority (CTC or CIMAC).
The CE certification is valid throughout Europe and is obtained on the basis of the analyses and tests made for the type, following EN ISO 20344 regulation, of the technical documents and of the information note.
Meeting the highest requirements issued by CAN/CSA Z195-02 Norm and passing the on-site inspections, Jallatte footwear obtained from Canadian Standards Association /CSA) the CSA certification; they also comply with the Benchmark JAS-ANZ certification for distribution throughout Australia and New Zealand.
