Company certifications

Jallatte has always preceded the regulations, adopting the criteria before they become mandatory. First company in the footwear business to have obtained the EN ISO 9001 certification in 1994, based on the Quality of the entire production process, JAL Group production in Tunisia is set up and structured also according to EN ISO 14001 regulations, based on the environment's protection and OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety Assessment System), in response to the need for companies to meet their health and safety obligations in an efficient manner.

Since October 2006, JAL Group Tunisia has joined the UN "The Global Compact" by which companies are committed to aligning their operations and strategies on universally accepted principles relating to human rights, labour standards, the environment and the fight against corruption.

JAL Group is registered with the largest associations of manufacturers and distributors of safety products for the prevention of accidents at European level.
